Career Summary

Digital Insight Intern Lloyds Banking Group London July 2010 – Aug 2011

In my year at Lloyds Banking Group I was able to adapt and learn fast to acquire in depth knowledge of deeply technical systems. My role saw me regularly use analytics solutions to help to make insightful decisions about digital 1:1 marketing. Whilst working under pressure I was able to manage expectations of senior managers on a daily basis and became a subject matter expert in the Webtrends Analytics suite, regularly single-handedly delivering presentations to technical and non-technical staff across the group. I scoped and delivered management information using tools such as Teradata for a number of high profile projects including Lloyds TSB Money Manager, Lloyds TSB Me, Lloyds TSB and Bank of Scotland Olympics 2012 and Halifax Personalised Debit Cards.

Work Experience Walker Morris Leeds June 2006

I shadowed a partner at Walker Morris (a large law firm) for two weeks where I spent time in the corporate law department. My research was used to assist in two mergers.
